Kaner Medical Group offers employers a place to send their injured employees to receive prompt and thorough medical treatment. We care about keeping employees healthy and working safely on the job. Our physicians offer treatments for injuries and non-injuries. We also offer pre-employment exams, drug screens, health and wellness education, and physical therapy. We offer a return-to-work program so the employees can get back to the job as soon as possible. KMG provides yearly flu shots and can set up onsite for your company’s convenience. We also participate in company health fairs and lunch-n-learns. KMG physicians are on the Texas Workers’ Compensation Approved Doctors List. David Kaner, D.O., F.A.C.O.I.:
The founder and Medical Director of Kaner Medical Group, Dr. Kaner is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Kaner is an Associate member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association, and the Tarrant County Medical Society. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Osteopathic Internists. Dr. Kaner is an Approved Doctor for Workers’ Compensation. Eva S. Mina, M.D.:
Dr. Mina is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She holds memberships with the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the Oklahoma and Texas State Medical Associations. Her special interests are in women’s health and preventative medicine. Dr. Mina is an Approved Doctor for Workers’ Compensation. Munawar Haider, M.D., F.R.C.S.:
Dr. Haider is board certified in Family Medicine. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in England and a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Haider performs several in-office surgical procedures and is the Medical Director for Heartland Health Care Center, assisted living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Dr. Haider is an Approved Doctor for Workers’ Compensation. David K. Livingstone, M.D., A.A.F.P., A.B.F.M.:
Dr. Livingstone is board certified with the American Board of Family Practice. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and a Fellow in the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Livingstone is an Approved Doctor for Workers’ Compensation. Fiju Koshy, D.O.:
Dr. Koshy is board certified in Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Christian Medical and Dental Associates. He has a certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He also speaks Malayalam, an Indian dialect. Lyn Berutti, D.O.:
Dr. Berutti is board certified in Internal Medicine. She is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internist and holds memberships with the American College of Osteopathic Internists, the American Osteopathic Association, and the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association. Her special interests are in women’s medicine, disease preventation and wellness. Sharhonda L. Martin, M.D.:
Dr. Martin was certified by the American Academy of Family of Physicians in 1998 after completing the Bethesda Family Practice Program in Cincinnati, Ohio. During her final year with the program, she served as the Chief Family Practice Resident. In 1995, she earned her doctorate of medicine from the Ohio State University College of Medicine and also received honors and letters of commendation in the areas of internal medicine, Psychiatry, Ophthalmology/Otolaryngology, Family Practice, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Gynecology. Otto Gambini, MBA-HCS, Allergy.:
Mr. Gambini is the Director of The Allergy Clinic at Kaner Medical Group and is a member of the Pan American Allergy Society. He has a MBA in Health Care Services from the University of Dallas. Mr. Gambini is also bilingual. |
Kaisar Yammine, P.A.-C.:
Mr. Yammine is a certified Physician Assistant and is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Arabic, and Lebanese. He has also completed a graduate program in Music Performance and performs as a concert pianist. Dillon Mathew, P.A.-C.:
Mr. Mathew is a board certified Physician Assistant. He is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Flo Tomasic, RN, C-ANP-GNP:
Ms. Tomasic is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a board certified Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She currently holds memberships in the Texas Nurses Association, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Nurses Association. Her specialty is adult and geriatric medicine. Lois Wilderman, RN, MSN, FNP-C:
Ms. Wilderman is certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She specializes in adult and geriatric medicine and has years experience in assisted living and long term care facilities. Kevin Epple, P.A.-C., internal Medicine:
Mr. Epple is a board certified Family Practice and Internal Medicine Physician Assistant who has practiced in Michigan, Iowa and recently Texas. He has clinical interests in diabetes, metabolic syndrome, dermatologic procedures and anxiety/depression. Kevin also performs minor in-office surgical procedures for pre-skin cancers, skin cancers, cyst and lipoma removals and offers joint injections including knees, hips, elbows, shoulders and trigger point injections. Donna Martinez, RN, Nurse Practitioner:
Mrs. Martinez is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner who received her Master’s Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Donna is originally from Oklahoma where she did her undergraduate work at the University of Oklahoma. Donna relocated to Texas to work at Parkland Health and Hospital System where she met and married her husband. Donna now resides in South Arlington with her husband and son. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. |
